The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without saddlebags, flashlight, or license plate holder, or any other parts that could interfere with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. The abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of warranty on the product, and any claim will be rejected. From the time of purchase, with the right of repair with the return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
