You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty, and any request for warranty will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot supply a new silencer in place of the one needing repair; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
