Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available online and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on track only, without luggage, without flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair, through return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
