Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations.

Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without storage, without flashlight and number plate holder or any parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to loss of product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair and return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one being repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
