Altering the db killer welds or anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and non-compliant with EU directives; this is only allowed for RACING use on tracks, using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.

Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions, and each silencer carries the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.
Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without saddlebags, without a flashlight, and without a number plate holder or other parts that conflict with the different gas angle resulting from the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right of repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
