Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter or the anti-tamper screws, or removing the mount is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives; it is only permissible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with the regulations of public road traffic

Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service

No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available online and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without a torch and license plate holder, or other parts that may conflict with the different gas angle due to the change to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one needing repair; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
