Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-theft screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. The use of the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, as well as the installation instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. In case of issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the visible tutorials on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without a flashlight, and without a number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to the racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
