The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility for using the bike as on track only, without luggage, spotlight and number plate holder or any other parts that may conflict with the different throttle angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
