Are db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fixation is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. The use of the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. If you encounter issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different angle of gas due to the conversion to race version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any claims for warranty will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
