Db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines, this is only possible for RACING use on track. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Fitting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with fitting instructions; each silencer bears the approval code. If problems are encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without saddlebags, flashlight, and license plate holder, or other parts that could conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the purchase date, with the right to repair at the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor, at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in exchange for the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
