The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlights, and without license plate support or other parts that would interfere with the altered throttle angle due to the conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any request for maintenance will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
