The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and registration plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following the conversion to a racing version. Misusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one being repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
