No structural modification of the motorbike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without a flashlight, and the license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle following the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty, and any request for a refund will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
