The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike only on the track, without bags, without flashing lights, and without number plate holders or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle resulting from the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there's a right to repair through GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one needing repair; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
