The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes on the responsibility of using the motorcycle as on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle resulting from the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the purchase date, with the right of repair to be returned to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to refit the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
