TRICOMPOSITE
The outer shell is made from Tri-Fiber composite, a mix of Kevlar, carbon and fibreglass, to ensure better impact resistance and a lighter weight.

FIM APPROVED
The KX-1 RACE GP meets the FIM standard, which is the benchmark for motorcycle helmet regulations needed for racing competitions.

Aerodynamics
The KX-1 RACE GP features improved aerodynamics for smoother riding and professional racing performance, thanks to over three years of testing in wind tunnels and on the track to optimize aerodynamics in various riding positions (upright, cornering, and braking position).

The R&D department of KYT has created a range of solutions that enhance comfort, versatility with a breathable technical fabric, and a balanced fit suitable for all types of riding.

Breathable Fabric
The interiors are made from fine, soft fibrous materials which, combined with special sponges, facilitate airflow, keeping the part in contact with the face dry and cool.

Washable Comfort Liner
The cheek pads and inner shell are washable.

Removable Interiors
The cheek pads and inner shell are completely removable.

HYDROCOOL FABRIC
The interiors are made from fine Hydrocool fabric, which allows for rapid heat dissipation and keeps a pleasant cool and dry feel.

Visor Features
The visor is optical class 1 and provides a wide peripheral and vertical field of vision of 210° and 90° respectively. The visor is easily removable, thanks to a handy mechanism that requires no tools.

METAL ALLOY STANDARD
The release lever is made from a special lightweight metal alloy that gives greater strength to the whole unit.

Safety

Double D-Ring
The system ensures stability, safety and robustness. The strap features a lightweight alloy Double D-Ring.

RACE LOCK SYSTEM
The visor is equipped with a "Race Lock System" locking mechanism made of lightweight metal alloy, which reduces the possibility of detachment in case of a fall and makes the system more intuitive.
