The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without saddlebag, flashlight, and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different angle of the throttle due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to loss of product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must accept to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
