No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and license plate holder or any other parts that could interfere with the gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right of repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one being repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for the repair.
