The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for track use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without luggage, without a flashlight and number plate holder, or any other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to conversion to race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and all warranty claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one being repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
