The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without luggage, without a flashlight and number plate holder or any other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will void the product warranty, and any claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, the right to repair goes to GPR or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
