Are dbkillers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the dbkiller and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the mounting is illegal for road use and not in compliance with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public roadway traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed at a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of any issues encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is required only for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modification of the bike is required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without bag, without flashlight and registration plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the gas angle after transforming to racing version. Abusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any warranty claims will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair by returning it to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
