The exhaust comes with a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without luggage, flashlight, and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Abusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with transfer to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
