The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes on the responsibility of using the bike as on the track only, without a bag, without a flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the transformation into race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to the loss of the product warranty and any claim will be denied. From the date of purchase, with the right of repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
