RFX Front motorcycle wheel spacer Honda Pro Series

The RFX Pro Series wheel spacers are lighter and more durable than the original parts.

Made from 7075-T6 aluminium and anodised in colour to enhance durability. This reduces surface wear and limits dirt penetration into the hub, thus extending the lifespan of the bearing.

Designed with a rear lip to keep them secure with the seals, this reduces the risk of dropping them during maintenance and speeds up wheel changes.

The RFX products are tested and used by many top-level Grand Prix and British Motocross teams.

Mounting Instructions

• Start with the bike on a stand, wheels off the ground.
• Remove the main spindle nut and loosen the lower fork clamping bolts.
• Remove the wheel spindle; a brass punch and hammer may be needed if tight.
• The front wheel can now be removed.
• The rear wheel should now be loose enough to push forward and lift the chain off the rear sprocket.
• The rear wheel can now be removed.
• Remove the wheel spacers.
• Clean around the seals with a contact cleaner such as Maxima Electrical Contact and relubricate under the seal.
• Install the new wheel spacers.
• Spread the brake pads inside the calipers to ease the wheel reinstallation.
• Reinstall the wheels and insert the spindles.
• Reinstall the chain and adjust the tension properly by adjusting the axle tensioners.
• Tighten the main spindle nuts to the correct torque.
• Bike off the stand, pump the forks.
