RFX Front motorcycle wheel spacer Suzuki Pro Series

The RFX Pro Series wheel spacers are lighter and more durable than the original parts.

Made from 7075-T6 aluminium and anodised in colour to enhance durability. This reduces surface wear and limits dirt penetration into the hub, thus extending the lifespan of the bearing.

Designed with a rear lip to keep them attached to the seals, this reduces the risk of dropping during maintenance and speeds up wheel changes.

The RFX products are tested and used by many top-level British Grand Prix and Motocross teams.

Installation Instructions

• Start with the bike on a stand, with wheels off the ground.
• Remove the main pin nut and loosen the clamp screws at the bottom of the forks.
• Remove the wheel pin; a brass punch and hammer may be needed if it's tight.
• The front wheel can now be removed.
• The rear wheel should now be loose enough to push forward and lift the chain off the rear sprocket.
• The rear wheel can now be removed.
• Remove the wheel spacers.
• Clean around the seals with a contact cleaner such as Maxima Electrical Contact and re-grease under the seal.
• Install the new wheel spacers.
• Spread the brake pads inside the calipers to ease the wheel reinstallation.
• Reattach the wheels and insert the pins.
• Reinstall the chain and adjust the proper tension by adjusting the axle tensioners.
• Tighten the main pin nuts to the appropriate torque.
• Bike off the stand, pump the forks.
