Installation instructions:

• Start by placing the bike on a stand, with the rear wheel off the ground.
• Remove the chain and rear wheel from the bike.
• While holding the hex key, loosen the nuts with a wrench.
• Remove all nuts and the worn sprocket.
• Clean the hub area ensuring it's clean and free of debris.
• Take the new sprocket and place it on the hub ensuring it's well fitted and the bolt holes are properly aligned.
• Clean the bolts and nuts of the sprocket.
• Apply blue Loctite to each bolt and insert them into the holes.
• Screw the nuts onto the bolts by hand ensuring that the seals are intact and in good condition.
• Hold the hex key in place and evenly tighten the nuts.
• Torque the nuts and bolts according to the user manual.
• Reinstall the wheel on the bike ensuring that the chain is properly aligned and tightened to the manufacturer's specifications.
