Mounting Instructions:

• Start by placing the bike on a stand, with the rear wheel off the ground.
• Remove the chain and wheel from the bike.
• While holding the hex key, loosen the nuts using a spanner.
• Remove all the nuts and the worn sprocket.
• Clean the area around the hub, ensuring it is clean and free of debris.
• Take the new sprocket and place it on the hub, ensuring it fits snugly and the bolt holes are properly aligned.
• Clean the bolts and nuts for the sprocket.
• Apply blue Loctite to each bolt and insert them into the holes.
• Screw the nuts onto the bolts by hand, ensuring the sealing washers are intact and in good condition.
• Hold the hex key in place and tighten the nuts evenly.
• Tighten the nuts and bolts according to the user manual.
• Reattach the wheel onto the bike, ensuring the chain is properly aligned and tightened to the manufacturer's specifications.
