The RFX Pro Series Armalite sprockets are designed and tested at the highest level by the race teams in world and British championships.

The two-sprocket design offers optimal performance, reduced weight thanks to a centre made from 7075-T6 aluminium, and longer tooth life due to the outer part made from special high-carbon-density steel.

The Armalite sprockets also feature a hexagonal interface between the inner ring and the outer ring, a revolutionary technology for sprockets that maximises the transmission between the two parts and eliminates any force applied to the rivets.

Installation instructions:

• Start by placing the motorcycle on a stand, with the rear wheel off the ground.
• Remove the chain and the wheel from the motorcycle.
• While holding the hex key, loosen the nuts using an adjustable wrench.
• Remove all the nuts and the worn sprocket.
• Clean around the hub ensuring it is clean and free of debris.
• Take the new sprocket and place it on the hub ensuring it fits snugly and that the bolt holes are properly aligned.
• Clean the bolts and nuts of the sprocket.
• Apply blue Loctite to each bolt and insert them into the holes.
• Screw the nuts onto the bolts by hand, making sure the seals are intact and in good condition.
• Keep the hex key in place and tighten the nuts evenly.
• Tighten the nuts and bolts according to the user manual.
• Reattach the wheel to the motorcycle ensuring that the chain is properly aligned and tightened to the manufacturer's specifications.
