What’s special

The Comfort fly sheet offers optimal protection against all insects, making it the perfect sheet for horses with very sensitive skin. The sheet features our Comfort closure, which avoids any pressure and is therefore very comfortable while grazing. For added comfort and protection, we have included a detachable neck cover.

Fabrics & materials

The fly sheet is made from dense mesh fabric, which keeps most insects at bay. The mesh is extremely durable and will be an ideal field companion for many summers. The fabric is smooth on the inside, providing a soft feel and preventing hair from sticking to the sheet. Thanks to the light colour of the sheet, it reflects sunlight and doesn’t absorb heat. The fine mesh always allows for air circulation. The mane, chest, and tail areas are lined with smooth polyester to prevent rubbing.

Shape & size

The Comfort fly sheet is anatomically designed to stay in the right position, even after rolling. The front of the sheet is closed by the Comfort closure, which is easy to attach and prevents pressure. To protect the belly area, the sheet features a belly flap. This flap is secured by a hook-and-loop tape and 3 straight surcingles. Since the belly flap is close to the horse’s belly, you prevent insects from entering from the sides. The tail flap is slightly longer than usual and has an elastic for the tail. Thanks to the elastic, the tail stays close to the sheet and provides more protection. The detachable neck cover is reinforced with a thicker and sturdier strap, so it doesn’t slip down the neck. As this reinforcement is present on both sides of the neck, it doesn’t apply pressure directly on the mane.

Care instructions

The fly sheet is machine washable at 30 degrees; let it air dry afterwards. We do not recommend using a tumble dryer.
