The ANIMAL HEROES range raises awareness among children about biodiversity protection by highlighting four endangered species: the tiger, the giraffe, the emperor penguin, and the polar bear. Rouchette supports animal welfare by donating a part of its sales to the Bioparc of Doué-la-Fontaine and its endowment fund, Bioparc Conservation. Throughout the year, they carry out concrete actions to protect wildlife, manage habitats sustainably, and raise awareness, while supporting local communities here and around the world.

PRACTICAL

The inner lining of the boot has markings for "left foot / right foot", associated with a colour code, to help children dress independently and encourage their autonomy.

FREE EDUCATIONAL & FUN BOOKLET

To raise awareness among children about animal welfare, we have created a 24-page educational booklet, available for download and print. Through quizzes, colouring pages, and mini-games, children take on the role of an adventurer and contribute to saving endangered species. The idea is to explore this booklet with family to educate both young and old while having fun.

The lining of the boot is made from GOTS certified organic cotton. This certification guarantees the absence of GMOs and synthetic chemicals in cotton cultivation, as well as respect for social criteria throughout the production chain.

The company is dedicated to supporting this local Bioparc, recognised for its work alongside communities worldwide in protecting wild biodiversity and developing nature projects. To raise awareness among children about animal welfare, we have also created an educational booklet aimed at providing a fun and educational exploration of animals and their environment, to be shared with family. In order to reduce the impact of some manufacturing steps, the boots are lined with GOTS certified organic cotton.
