Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or tampering with the anti-tamper screws or removing the mount is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer carries the approval code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or view tutorials available on and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will lead to loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. This is effective from the date of purchase, with the right of repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
