Leather fitting that prevents the saddle from sliding back thanks to stainless steel hooks that attach directly to the saddle.
The item is equipped with a fork that stops the horse's head from rising by acting directly on the mouth through the reins passing through the ring at the end of the fork.
The reins should be used with stops; otherwise, the martingale may slide forward and get caught on the bit ring, thus blocking the horse's head and risking a fall.
