Altering the welds on the dbkiller and the catalyst or the anti-tampering screws or removing the fixing is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or view tutorials online and on YouTube.
The exhaust features a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for race use; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility for using the motorcycle as if on the track only, without saddlebags, without a flashlight, and without a license plate holder or other parts which would interfere with the different gas angle due to the transformation to a race version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any claims will be rejected. From the time of purchase, there is the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
