Are dbkillers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the dbkiller and the catalyst or tampering with the anti-tamper screws or removing the fitting is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU regulations; this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is recommended to have the products installed in a professional shop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
A specific approval certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the approval code. If any issues arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the operation, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for use in races; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle in a track-like manner only, without saddlebags, flashlights, and number plate holders or other parts that would conflict with the gas angle due to modification for racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. Starting from the purchase date, with the right to repair returned to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one being repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
