The O Clássico is our way of respecting the codes of Jiu-Jitsu: a clean, timeless style, without unnecessary noise.
On a kids' short, this means a piece that never hinders: neither in guard, nor in scramble, nor when the pace picks up.
Designed for No-Gi / Grappling, it focuses on the essentials: no pockets (nothing that can snag, nothing that bothers), a mid-thigh cut that allows the hips to move, and small side slits to support weight changes and knee lifts.
The drawstring allows for quick adjustments and keeps the shorts securely in place during rounds, without having to think about it. And because a fight short needs to keep up with training, the polyester / elastane blend provides the right balance: durable when it rubs, flexible when it pivots. The design is made using sublimation to ensure a clear finish over time.
In terms of care, we keep it simple (but important): max 30°C, and avoid washing it with items that have Velcro in the drum.
Is this short also suitable for MMA?
Yes, for training (and depending on your club's rules). The cut and lack of pockets make it very suitable for "no-gi" practices.
How do you choose the size?
Choose your child's usual size. If they are between two sizes or prefer more space, take the next size up (especially around the thighs).
Does the print hold up after washing?
Yes, the print is done in sublimation, made to last and keep a clean finish.
