Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering welds on the db killer and catalyst or anti-tamper screws or removing the fixation is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
A specific homologation certificate is provided, along with mounting instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modification of the motorcycle is required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without luggage, without a flashlight and license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the time of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must accept reassembling the original exhaust or waiting for the standard time for repair.
