Are db killers and removable catalytic converters allowed? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalytic converter, or tampering with anti-tamper screws, or removing the fastening is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives; this is only permissible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted for incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with the installation instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. In the event of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend activities, and to immediately ask for information and/or advice from customer service.

No structural modifications to the motorcycle are required for the installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without bags, without flashlight, and without license plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty and any claims will be rejected. Starting from the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
