RFX Front motorcycle wheel spacer Honda Pro Series

The RFX Pro Series wheel spacers are lighter and more durable than the original parts.

Made from 7075-T6 aluminium and anodised in colour to increase durability. This reduces surface wear and limits dirt ingress into the hub, thereby extending the bearing life.

Designed with a rear lip to keep them secured to the seals, which reduces the risk of dropping them during maintenance and speeds up wheel changes.

Products from RFX are tested and used by many top-level British Grand Prix and Motocross teams.

Installation Instructions

• Start with the motorcycle on a stand, with the wheels off the ground.
• Remove the main spindle nut and loosen the clamp bolts at the bottom of the forks.
• Remove the wheel spindle; a brass punch and hammer may be needed if it’s tight.
• The front wheel can now be removed.
• The rear wheel should now be loose enough to push forward and lift the chain off the rear sprocket.
• The rear wheel can now be removed.
• Remove the wheel spacers.
• Clean around the seals with a contact cleaner like Maxima Electrical Contact and re-grease under the seal.
• Install the new wheel spacers.
• Pry the brake pads away from the calipers to ease the fitting of the wheel.
• Reinstall the wheels and insert the spindles.
• Reinstall the chain and set the appropriate tension by adjusting the axle adjusters.
• Tighten the main spindle nuts to the appropriate torque.
• Remove the motorcycle from the stand, pump the forks up.
