RFX Front motorcycle wheel spacer Kawasaki Pro Series

The RFX Pro Series wheel spacers are lighter and more durable than the original parts.

Made from 7075-T6 aluminium and anodised in colour to enhance durability. This reduces surface wear and limits dirt penetration into the hub, thus extending the life of the bearing.

Designed with a rear lip to keep them attached to the seals, this reduces the risk of them falling out during maintenance and speeds up wheel changes.

The RFX products are tested and used by many top-tier Grand Prix and British Motocross teams.

Installation Instructions

• Start with the bike on a stand, wheels off the ground.
• Remove the main axle nut and loosen the pinch bolts on the bottom of the fork.
• Remove the wheel axle; a brass punch and hammer may be needed if it's tight.
• The front wheel can now be removed.
• The rear wheel should now be loose enough to push forward and lift the chain off the rear sprocket.
• The rear wheel can now be removed.
• Remove the wheel spacers.
• Clean around the seals with a contact cleaner such as Maxima Electrical Contact and re-grease under the seal.
• Install the new wheel spacers.
• Pry the brake pads apart inside the calipers to aid wheel reinstallation.
• Reinstall the wheels and insert the axles.
• Reattach the chain and set the appropriate tension by adjusting the axle adjusters.
• Tighten the main axle nuts to the correct torque.
• Bike off the stand, pump the forks.
