RFX Front motorcycle wheel spacer Kawasaki Pro Series

The RFX Pro Series wheel spacers are lighter and more durable than the original parts.

Made from 7075-T6 aluminium and anodized in colour to increase durability. This reduces surface wear and limits dirt penetration into the hub, thus prolonging bearing life.

Designed with a rear lip to keep them attached to the seals, this reduces the risk of dropping them during maintenance and speeds up wheel changes.

The RFX products are tested and used by many top-level British Grand Prix and Motocross teams.

Installation instructions

• Start with the bike on a stand, wheels off the ground.
• Remove the main spindle nut and loosen the clamps on the bottom of the forks.
• Remove the wheel spindle; a brass punch and hammer may be needed if it's tight.
• The front wheel can now be removed.
• The rear wheel should now be loose enough to push forward and lift the chain off the rear sprocket.
• The rear wheel can now be removed.
• Remove the wheel spacers.
• Clean around the seals with a contact cleaner such as Maxima Electrical Contact and re-grease under the seal.
• Install the new wheel spacers.
• Spread the brake pads inside the calipers to make it easier to refit the wheel.
• Reattach the wheels and insert the spindles.
• Reattach the chain and set the proper tension by adjusting the axle adjusters.
• Tighten the main spindle nuts to the proper torque.
• Bike off the stand, pump the forks up.
