Edix Saddles Bitless bridles for horses ED1-Rose

A beautifully designed and hand-machined EDIX ED1 chin strap bitless bridle, made from Argentinian leather, from the Rose collection of EDIX items.

The special headpiece ensures no pressure is put on the ears, and the trotter strap is positioned to keep the leathers away from the eyes. The headpiece and noseband are lightly padded and oval-shaped for added comfort. The headpiece is adjustable with buckles.
Performance of the EDIX ED1 cross-chin bridle: when you apply pressure to the reins, the pressure is exerted only on the lower jaw, just behind the chin, and slightly on the horse's nose. When you apply pressure on the right or left rein, the pressure is exerted on the opposite side of the horse's head, and as the other side is devoid of this pressure, combined with your sitting aids, your horse will lean in the requested direction.
When pressure is exerted on both sides, the noseband closes and pressure is exerted only on the horse's nose.
Thanks to the shape of the crosspiece straps, you'll have a good release when you take the pressure off your reins, allowing the noseband to open.
This magnificent new headpiece and all the autres straps positioned with refinement make the EDIX ED1 cross bridle extremely stable around the head and has no tendency to turn or slip.
At EDIX, we advise you to have a bridle without a browband for your horses! You don't need a browband to keep the bridle stable on your horse and by having a browbandless bridle, you ensure that there's no pressure behind the ears and on the occipital bone.
