Edix Saddles Bitless bridles for horses ED1-Rose

A beautifully designed and handcrafted EDIX ED1 bridle without a bit, made from Argentine leather, from the Rose collection of EDIX items.

The special headpiece ensures that the ears are not under any pressure, and the trotting strap is positioned so that the leather remains clear of the eyes. The headpiece and the noseband are lightly padded and oval-shaped for extra comfort. The headpiece is adjustable with buckles.
Performance of the EDIX ED1, a crossed chin strap bridle, when you apply pressure on the reins, the pressure is only on the lower jaw, just behind the chin, and slightly on the horse's nose. By pulling the right or left rein, pressure is applied to the opposite side of the horse's head, and as the other side is free from this pressure, combined with your aids to sit, your horse will lean in the requested direction.
When pressure is applied from both sides, the noseband closes and the pressure is only applied to the horse's nose.
Thanks to the shape of the crossed straps, you'll have a good release when you take the pressure off your reins, allowing the noseband to open.
This beautiful new headpiece and all the other straps positioned with refinement make the EDIX ED1 crossed bridle extremely stable around the head and it doesn't tend to turn or slide.
At EDIX, we recommend having a bridle without a forehead band for your horses! There's no need for a forehead band for the bridle to stay stable on your horse, and by having a bridle without a forehead band, you ensure that there is no pressure behind the ears and on the occipital bone.
